Utility Bill Pay Options
**EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2023,A PROCESSING FEE OF 3% OR MINIMUM CHARGE OF $1.25 WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS**
Paying In-Person
Residents also can pay their bills in person with cash, check, or charge card. VISA and MasterCard are accepted. In-person payments can be made at the City Clerk's Office located at 1901 4th Street, Peru, IL 61354 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
By Mail or Drop Box
Residents can also mail their payments to the address listed above or they can place their payments in the drop box, which is located in drive up off of Fulton Street between 4th and 5th Streets.
Draft Pay
Residents can sign up to have their payment drafted from a checking/savings account by the city. This form of payment requires a voided check and filling out an authorization form. Print this form and return it with a voided check.

Online Account Access (E Pay)
Pay your utility bill with Online Bill Pay, which allows users to view usage, billing and payment history for the most recent year. New accounts can be created after you pay your first bill. If you're a first-time user, click on Utility Billing, select Sign in or sign up. Register your account.
If you don't wish to creat an account, you can make a one-time immediate payment here using your VISA/MasterCard.
