2024 General Fund Street Fund Projects
5th and 10th Street Main Improvements
Plank Road Reconstruction
Rte. 6 Water Main Improvements
Work includes replacement of water main and water service lines along Rte.6, from West Street to the East City Limits. Some sidewalk, curb replacement, and an improved pedestrian crossing near the main entrance to Westclox (St. Louis Street).
Daily Traffic control measures will be in place. This may include flaggers and lane shifts. Some side street intersections will be closed at times to accommodate the traffic control setups along Rte. 6. Roadwork will generally progress in segments along the length of the project.
The City of Peru will provide periodic updates throughout construction.
