CITY OF PERU, LASALLE & BUREAU COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
PROPOSED BUSINESS DISTRICT NO. 1
The City of Peru, LaSalle & Bureau Counties, Illinois, an Illinois Municipal Corporation, hereby gives Notice of a Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 pm, Central Time, on September 21, 2026, at the Peru City Hall, 1901 Fourth Street, Peru, Illinois, to consider its proposed approval of the Peru Business District No. 1 Redevelopment Plan and the designation of the proposed Business District Redevelopment Area.
