The TBM Avenger Reunion & Salute to Veterans Airshow is BACK for 2021! The show returns to the Illinois Valley Regional Airport (KVYS) in Peru, Illinois! The annual air show Friday Night (May 14th) & Saturday, May 15th. Friday Night Activities are 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Yard Waste Pickup  ::  General   

Yard waste is picked up on Fridays. Nothing shall be deposited in a yard waste bag other than leaves, grass clippings, small twigs, and clippings from small plants, bushes, flowers, and trees.  Sticker requirements have been suspended through the COVID-19 pandemic. Please have yard waste out by 6:00 a.m. 

No dumping of yard waste bags at city landfill will be allowed. Note: The site is monitored by surveillance cameras.

Due to Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day holidays, yard waste will be picked up on the Saturday of that week.
