The Engineering Department is responsible for coordinating the city’s infrastructure and development projects. Engineering formulates the long term plans to address infrastructure needs, as well as planning for mandated programs, such as the sewer separation program. The department is responsible for project budget needs, outside consultant services, and coordination of construction activities. Engineering also provides support to many divisions of the city such as Public Works, Electric, Building and Zoning, and Economic Development.
