Habitat for Humanity uses tax deductible donations of land, dollars and materials, with volunteer labor, and the "sweat equity" of partner families to build simple, decent, affordable homes.  Habitat homes are sold to approved partner families at no profit and no interest over twenty-five years. Payments then go into the affiliate's construction fund where it is used to help build another house.
